Se afina durante aproximadamente 5 meses en tanques de acero inoxidable en contacto con sus propias lías y revela una personalidad refrescante, suave y con una marcada componente salina y mineral, enriquecida con un bouquet aromático que huele a pulpa de manzana golden, flores frescas mixtas y cáscara de cítricos.
The Lacryma Christi Bianco from Feudi di San Gregorio is a Campanian white that well represents the typical expression of the ancient winemaking tradition of the lands of Vesuvius. It is born from a blend of two indigenous white grape varieties historically present on the slopes of the volcano: Coda di Volpe and Falanghina. It is a terroir wine that combines fragrant fruity notes with a sapid and mineral vein of clear volcanic connotation. Aged only in steel, it is a white that is appreciated for the harmony of the sip, balanced and smooth, making it immediately enjoyable and pleasant.
