Étable des vins

L’Étable des Vins is not a traditional winery with a single vineyard, but a French entity specialized in vine cultivation and the enhancement of wines from prestigious territories. Founded in 2019 as Exploitation Agricole à Responsabilité Limitée, it is based in Péronne, in Burgundy, along the Route de Lanques. The company stands out for its connection to one of the most renowned wine regions in the world: Burgundy and the Mâcon-Péronne area, a territory rich in history and tradition. Through collaboration with Domaine Aimé Blouzard, L’Étable des Vins contributes to the production and dissemination of high-quality wines that embody the elegance and complexity typical of these regions. Positioned within the national landscape, this entity represents a reference point for those seeking authentic organic wines, expressions of a prestigious terroir and managed with artisanal care.

The work in the vineyard and winery is based on a natural and environmentally friendly approach, with a philosophy that prioritizes the purity of the fruit and the safeguarding of the territory. The vineyards of Domaine Aimé Blouzard, certified organic, extend over 12.20 hectares and host iconic grape varieties such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Gamay, varieties that represent the true essence of Burgundy. Every phase of the production process, from vineyard care to winemaking, is carried out with sustainable methods and rigorous controls to ensure the authenticity of the product. In the winery, winemaking respects the natural cycle, avoiding invasive interventions and keeping the intrinsic characteristics of the grapes intact. The wines are vinified and bottled directly on-site, following the philosophy of “from vineyard to bottle” to maintain the connection with the territory. This attention to quality is reflected in every detail, ensuring that each label communicates identity and tradition.

In addition to production, L’Étable des Vins is committed to selecting cuvées that tell the richness of the Burgundy terroir. Among the most representative products are the wines of Domaine Aimé Blouzard, expressions of a family tradition that combines innovation and respect for nature. These labels, certified organic, offer a range that spans from the refined whites of Chardonnay to the structured reds of Pinot Noir, not forgetting the lively charm of Gamay, which produces fresh and convivial wines. Each bottle is the result of meticulous work, designed to convey the quality and diversity of one of the most prestigious wine regions in the world. L’Étable des Vins thus confirms itself as a strategic partner for enthusiasts and professionals in the sector, promoting a production model that combines sustainability, authenticity, and passion for wine. In this way, each glass becomes an experience capable of telling the richness of the terroir and the commitment to responsible viticulture.
