El Pinot Noir del Castello della Sala, propiedad de los Marqueses Antinori, es un vino tinto suave y elegante, envejecido 10 meses en barrica. En nariz se expresa de manera fina, con aromas florales y frutales, de pequeños frutos rojos del sotobosque. En boca es refinado, con taninos sedosos y retornos minerales
Cantina della Sala derives its name from the Castello della Sala which was built in 1350 by Angelo Monaldeschi della Vipera. Since 1940 the castle and the estate belonging to Antinori, who, next to the ancient vineyards of Procanico and Grechetto have planted other grapes: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. From these vineyards comes this new Pinot Noir, which is a wine balanced and elegant with fruity and spicy notes, it will satisfy even the most discerning palates.
