El "Rapace" de la bodega Uccelliera es un vino tinto producido en la prestigiosa zona de Montalcino a partir de una casi totalidad de Sangiovese, unido a pequeñas proporciones de Merlot y Cabernet Sauvignon. Gracias a un largo afinamiento entre barricas y botella, se presenta en nariz con un conjunto aromático rico y evolucionado, con notas vegetales y balsámicas en primer plano unidas a matices de matorral mediterráneo y bayas de mirto. El sorbo es denso, de buena frescura y tanicidad aterciopelada con retornos de almendra en el final
